High Court To Hear Privacy Suit Over Atty Use Of DMV Info

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 5:02 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to hear a proposed class dispute over whether a federal motor vehicle records privacy law prohibits attorneys from using driver’s license records to find potential clients.
