Law360, New York (October 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has reversed a lower court's summary judgment in favor of Florida A&M University in a case brought by a former academic adviser who claimed he was fired after rejecting a female supervisor's sexual advances, ruling that there are issues of material fact in dispute that must be resolved by a jury.
