GOP Sen. Joins Chorus Demanding Exchange Info From HHS

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 3:01 PM EDT) -- Pressure mounted Tuesday on the Obama administration to clearly define states' costs and responsibilities surrounding new health insurance exchanges, with Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, demanding answers less than two months before states must decide how the online marketplaces on their turf will look.
