Pa. Lawmakers OK Gas, Coal Drilling On State School Land

Law360, Philadelphia (September 26, 2012, 3:04 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania may soon begin leasing state university property for drilling for coal, natural gas and other resources after the state legislature gave final approval Tuesday to a bill intended to generate revenue for Pennsylvania's higher education system.
