Pa. Regulator Can Review Local Fracking Laws, State Says

Law360, Philadelphia (September 26, 2012, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The state of Pennsylvania said that the Public Utilities Commission should be allowed to review local oil and gas drilling ordinances as required by a controversial new state law, despite the fact that parts of the law have been declared unconstitutional, according to a brief filed in state court Friday.
