Pa. Justices Won't Force Legislature To Fund Court System

Law360, Philadelphia (September 26, 2012, 7:59 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court Wednesday declined to compel the state's General Assembly to provide more money to the state court system, rejecting a petition by the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania and 10 individual counties.
