Encana Demands EPA Provide More Wyo. Fracking Well Data

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 9:02 PM EDT) -- Encana Corp. publicly chided the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday for allegedly failing to provide requested data, claiming the agency is preventing the natural gas company from submitting meaningful comments on an agency report over potential water contamination at Encana drilling sites in Pavillion, Wyo.
