Elpida, US Creditors Spar Over Court Liaison Appointment

Law360, Wilmington (September 26, 2012, 9:50 PM EDT) -- Elpida Memory Inc. bondholders fired back Tuesday after the Japanese chipmaker objected to their request for the expedited appointment of a liaison between the U.S. and Japanese courts handling the company's bankruptcy, claiming immediate action is necessary given the rapid progress of the foreign proceedings.
