Govt. Account Contradicts Nacchio's NSA Allegations

Law360, New York (October 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Court documents unsealed Monday refute claims made by former Qwest Communications International Inc. CEO Joseph Nacchio that the company lost government contracts because he refused to cooperate with the National Security Agency.

Nacchio's allegations made headlines earlier this month after being unsealed in his fight against his April conviction on charges of insider trading.
