Reckitt Asks FDA To Require Opioid Drug Childproofing

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 2:31 PM EDT) -- Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals Inc. has issued a citizen petition asking the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to require all manufacturers of semi-synthetic opioids to implement safeguards to prevent accidental exposure to children, Reckitt said Tuesday.
