Statkraft Spending $905M For 2 New Swedish Wind Farms

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Swedish energy giant Statkraft has partnered with Svenska Cellulosa AB to build two wind farms in Sweden for a reported 5.2 billion krona ($905.2 million), adding to two other wind farm projects the duo already have in development, the companies said Thursday.

Statkraft will start on the projects immediately, which are slated to produce 1,090 gigawatt hours of electricity annually, according to the company.
