FERC Allows Mobil Pegasus Oil Pipeline Tariff Hike

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 6:19 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday accepted Mobil Pipe Line Co.’s proposed 221 percent market-rate-based tariff increase for its Pegasus crude oil pipeline, despite complaints by several oil shippers that the decision was premature due to a pending rehearing request.
