Judge Won't Rethink Insurer Sanctions In Asbestos Fight

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 8:14 PM EDT) -- A Delaware state judge refused Thursday to reconsider an order that excess insurers pay $5,000 to the state for wasting the court's time, the second sanction in recent months against insurers battling with Warren Pumps Inc. and Viking Pump Inc. over coverage of asbestos claims.
