FTC Head Defends Involvement In Do-Not-Track Process

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 8:40 PM EDT) -- Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz on Thursday shot back at criticism from several Republican lawmakers over the agency's role in the self-regulatory do-not-track movement, saying it has taken a “measured approach” in helping the industry establish a reasonable standard.
