Carlyle Closes 3rd CLO Fund Of Year At $615M

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 10:48 PM EDT) -- The Carlyle Group LP closed its third new collateralized loan obligation fund of the year, which at $615 million is more than 20 percent larger than either of its predecessors, the private equity heavyweight said on Friday.

Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2012-3 will invest in corporate leveraged loans and high-yield bonds, according to a statement from the Washington, D.C.-based Carlyle Group.
