Law360, New York (October 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former Brocade CEO Gregory Reyes has blasted a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission request that he produce more documents in the ongoing civil suit filed against him, claiming that he has already provided 314,000 pages of documents in the case.
In a motion filed on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Reyes' attorneys assailed the SEC's request, arguing the motion demanding the documents never should have been filed.
