8th Circ. Affirms FBL Financial's Win In Age Bias Case

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 5:28 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit ruled Friday that an Iowa federal judge properly instructed jurors in the second trial of a long-running age discrimination suit against FBL Financial Group Inc., affirming the lower court's final judgment in favor of FBL.
