Cleveland Beats Whistleblower Suit Over Airport Pollution

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday threw out a whistleblower lawsuit alleging that the city of Cleveland lied to the federal government about pollution at a city airport in order to cash in on federal funds, finding that he already made the claims in an earlier lawsuit.
