Pa., Wis. Defy Health Plan Benefit Benchmark Deadline

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 2:16 PM EDT) -- U.S. states had until Monday to submit so-called benchmark health insurance plans governing health benefits that must be covered by plans on the health care reform law's exchanges, but Wisconsin and Pennsylvania said they wouldn't comply because federal health officials haven't yet adopted formal rules governing the benefits.
