Ex-Deutsche Exec Charged By UK In Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- U.K. authorities on Monday charged Martyn Dodgson, a former Deutsche Bank AG managing director,  and three others with insider dealing, the latest twist in a long-running investigation into alleged front-running of block trades.

The U.K. Financial Services Authority and the Serious Organized Crime Agency charged Dodgson, Andrew Hind, Benjamin Anderson and Iraj Parvizi with one count each of conspiracy to insider deal between Nov. 1, 2006, and March 23, 2010.
