NH High Court Raises Bar For Voiding Malpractice Policies

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 11:01 PM EDT) -- The New Hampshire Supreme Court on Friday made it tougher for insurers to rescind legal malpractice policies by unexpectedly ruling that Great American Insurance Co. could not revoke its policy because of an ambiguity created by an innocent-insured policy provision.
