Grassley Presses Hospitals On Low-Cost Drug Program

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A U.S. lawmaker on Friday asked three North Carolina hospitals to explain their use of a rapidly growing discount drug program that serves low-income patients, citing recent newspaper reports that the hospitals are profiting from huge markups for drugs potentially covered by the program.
