ITC To Gauge US Performance In Olive Oil Market

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 6:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will launch a competitiveness probe of domestic olive oil to determine how U.S. exports of the product fare on the global market, it said Monday.

The ITC said it would be analyzing how major suppliers of olive oil from the U.S. and other countries have performed over the last four years in order to assess how well the U.S. stacks up against its international competition.
