6th Circ. Upholds Ohio Law Restricting Abortion Pill

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday upheld an Ohio law criminalizing prescription of abortion drug mifepristone, or RU-486, outside of U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidelines, finding that several sections of the law challenged by the Planned Parenthood Federation of America were constitutional.
