Perkins Coie Snags Former Assistant To Solicitor General

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Perkins Coie LLP has bolstered its appellate practice group by hiring a former assistant to the U.S. solicitor general for its Seattle office, the firm announced Tuesday.

Eric D. Miller, who joins as partner, was an assistant to the U.S. solicitor general in Washington, where he argued 14 cases before and filed more than 200 briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court.
