FDA Finds Violations At Dr. Pepper Snapple Bottling Plant

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 4:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has uncovered health violations at a Dr. Pepper Snapple Group Inc. subsidiary's bottling plant, concluding that the company's lemon and lime juices have been prepared or stored under insanitary conditions, according to a letter the agency released Tuesday.
