Bid For Quick Discovery Denied In Taylor Energy Oil Leak Suit

Law360, New York (October 3, 2012, 12:36 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge refused Tuesday to order the start of discovery in an oil pollution suit against Taylor Energy Co. LLC while the company's motion to dismiss is pending, finding the environmental group plaintiffs did not show good cause for expedited discovery.
