Anadarko Asks Pa. Regulators To Clarify Fracking Fee Rules

Law360, Philadelphia (October 3, 2012, 6:30 PM EDT) -- An Anadarko Petroleum Corp. unit asked Pennsylvania energy regulators on Friday to clarify rules on how fees for so-called unconventional gas wells, or wells drilled by hydraulic fracturing, will be charged under the state’s new rules governing gas drilling in the Marcellus Shale.
