ATC Wants Half Of Xcel's Span Of $900M Midwest Power Line

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 4:38 PM EDT) -- American Transmission Co. LLC is entitled along with two Xcel Energy Inc. subsidiaries to own half of a planned $900 million, 345-kilovolt electrical transmission line running from Wisconsin to Minnesota, the company told the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Monday.
