US Airways Pilots Target Mandatory Retirement Policy

Law360, New York (October 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of current and former US Airways Inc. pilots has launched a putative class action against the airline and the Air Line Pilots Association for their alleged overly broad enforcement of a rule that requires certain employees to retire at the age of 60.
