Australia Sets Preliminary Dumping Duties On Asian Steel

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Australia on Friday set preliminary duty rates on Asian exporters of steel products after finding that its domestic industry has been harmed by the dumping of steel products at below market value.

Australian Customs and Border Protection Service set preliminary anti-dumping margins between 3.3 percent and 15.4 percent on steel products being shipped from  Malaysia, Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
