Enviro Sues Army Corps For Docs On $160M Levee Repair

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 5:27 PM EDT) -- A St. Louis-area environmental group sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Missouri federal court Thursday, accusing the agency of ignoring requests for documents related to a proposed $160 million levee repair project along the Illinois side of the Mississippi River.
