Calif. High Court Rulings On The Rise With Newly Full Bench

Law360, San Diego (October 5, 2012, 10:43 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court churned out nearly 100 opinions from September 2011 through August of this year, a nearly 13 percent increase from the previous year, in a sign that the chief justice and the newest associate justice are getting comfortable with their roles at the court, experts said Friday.
