Supreme Court Won't Hear Solutia's Appeal On CERCLA Costs

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 7:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to hear Solutia Inc. and Pharmacia Corp.’s bid to overturn an Eleventh Circuit ruling that a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency consent decree prevents them from suing other companies for pollution costs.
