Boeing Accused Of Videotaping Union Marches, Seizing Photos

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A labor union embroiled in contract negotiations with The Boeing Co. said Monday that the aerospace giant ran afoul of federal labor law by videotaping union members during solidarity marches and snatching workers' cameras to delete pictures of union activity.

The Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace, IFPTE Local 2001, said that it filed two unfair labor practice charges against Boeing on Friday with the National Labor Relations Board in Seattle, after getting complaints from members at multiple Boeing locations.
