Chevron Unit Must Face $100M Claims In Marcellus Dispute

Law360, Philadelphia (October 9, 2012, 5:57 PM EDT) -- A Chevron subsidiary will have to face nearly $100 million worth of unjust enrichment claims lodged by Mifflin Energy Corp. accusing it of violating the terms of a joint venture agreement over natural gas drilling in the Marcellus Shale after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday refused to take up its appeal of a decision reviving Mifflin's complaint.
