Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 9:17 PM EDT) -- Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream Co. urged the Fourth Circuit on Monday to overturn the National Labor Relations Board's approval of a union comprised of maintenance workers at an ice cream plant, which the board certified under the controversial standard articulated in its Specialty Healthcare ruling.
