Enbridge Says Post-Spill Pipeline Rebuild Suit Lacks Proof

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 2:44 PM EDT) -- Enbridge Energy LP on Tuesday asked a Michigan federal court to dismiss a complaint accusing it of rebuilding segments of a ruptured crude oil pipeline without necessary environmental and other approvals, saying plaintiff Protect Our Land and Rights Defense Fund lacked both standing and proof for its claims.
