Aussie Official OKs Coal Terminal In GVK's $10B Project

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 8:12 PM EDT) -- India's GVK on Wednesday cleared another hurdle in its plans for a $10.4 billion link between its Queensland coal assets to a port on Australia's northeast coast, as the country's environmental overseer approved the seaside coal terminal while setting out conditions for preserving the region's natural populations.
