Enviros Continue Bid To Nix Cape Wind Project Approvals

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 4:14 PM EDT) -- After a partial settlement with Cape Wind Associates LLC, several environmental groups remaining in a suit opposing a Martha's Vineyard wind energy project moved for summary judgment Wednesday on their claims against federal agencies, contending that approvals of the project violate various environmental laws.
