USPTO Extends Comment Period On AIA First-To-File Rules

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 5:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will allow more time for the public to weigh in on its proposed implementation of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act's first-inventor-to-file provisions, according to a notice set to run in Thursday's federal register.
