Erie Indemnity Must Face $300M Fee Suit In Pa. State Court

Law360, Philadelphia (October 10, 2012, 5:03 PM EDT) -- Erie Indemnity Co. must face claims in Pennsylvania state court that it bilked an unincorporated insurance exchange out of $300 million in fees after a federal judge on Wednesday refused to stay his decision remanding the case back to the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas.
