Sherwin-Williams Wins Atty-Client Docs In Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 3:50 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge ruled Wednesday that a cleaning chemical manufacturer suing Sherwin-Williams Co. for allegedly selling it a contaminated property and reneging on a pollution cleanup commitment cannot withhold attorney-client communications on which it bases some claims.
