House Panel Head Demands Docs From DOE On PMA Reforms

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 6:44 PM EDT) -- The head of the House Natural Resources Committee on Thursday significantly widened an inquiry into Energy Secretary Steven Chu’s effort to reform federal agencies that market hydropower, demanding correspondence, expense reports and legal analyses related to the work.
