NHTSA Investigates Unexpected Braking In Honda Pilots

Law360, Chicago (October 12, 2012, 1:35 PM EDT) -- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating a possible brake system defect that could affect nearly 88,000 older model Honda Pilot SUVs, the second probe the agency has launched for Pilot vehicles this month, according to an NHTSA notice available Friday.
