GOP Reps. Want More Info On FERC Cybersecurity Office

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Republican members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee pushed the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday to divulge more details about the responsibilities, jurisdiction and funding of a newly created office tasked with tackling cybersecurity and physical threats to the electric grid.
