Ex-Partners Committee To Appeal Dewey Clawback Ruling

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 3:00 PM EDT) -- The official committee of former partners appointed in Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's Chapter 11 winding down vowed Thursday to appeal a New York bankruptcy judge's decision approving the defunct firm's $71.5 million clawback deal with onetime partners and refusing to appoint an examiner.
