GOP Sen. Says DC's Health Exchange Goes Too Far

Ron Johnson, R-Wis., fired off a letter to Washington, D.C., Mayor Vincent Gray on Thursday, saying the city's health insurance exchange board has crossed the line and stands to trample consumers' rights with its planned Affordable Care Act exchange.
