House Meningitis Probe Sets Sights On State Pharmacy Board

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Leaders of the House committee overseeing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration expanded their investigation into the meningitis outbreak Friday, demanding that the Massachusetts pharmacy board turn over any communications and inspection records dealing with the compounding pharmacy at the root of the outbreak.
