Virgin, JC Flowers Eye RBS Branches In Failed Santander Deal

Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 5:32 PM EDT) -- A Virgin Group Ltd. unit and private equity firm J.C. Flowers & Co. are reportedly among the groups vying for more than 300 Royal Bank of Scotland PLC branches that were originally slated for a $2.6 billion sale to Spain's Banco Santander SA.
